Are you an experienced BtoB sales professional who would like to show his true abilities and conquer the world with top Finnish testing technology products? We are now looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our test automation solutions sales team here at OptoFidelity.

In this position you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as the development of existing customer relations in Finland and in select regions in Europe. You get a change to work with the world’s best R&D companies in the IT, mobile and automobile industries and to take revolutionary Finnish technology into the world. As a progressive company, we offer also great sights to expand the position to include global sales and business development. Your work station will be located in Tampere, but the position will require travel.

As OptoFidelity’s Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• The sale and product marketing of OptoFidelity’s test automation systems in your sales area
• The development of customer relations and follow-up sales
• Sales planning
• Cooperation projects with product development and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

We expect you to be able to listen to and understand our customers’ challenges in the area of testing technology and offer them solutions based on the testing platforms developed by OptoFidelity. Adequate experience working in PC-based operating environments and the readiness to control test automation systems as part of product demonstrations are key requirements in this position.

We expect a suitable candidate to have in particular:

• At least five years of experience in BtoB sales, preferably in a technology environment
• Excellent written and oral fluency in English
• Readiness for travel
• Experience in operating in an international environment
• Experience in electronics and/or test automation technology as well as mobile device testing
