To our valued customers and partners,
In the last several weeks, we have received questions about the actions that are being taken by OptoFidelity regarding the possible consequences of the Coronavirus disease pandemic to our supply chain, services, and to generally, our business.
Hence, we want to inform you formally of OptoFidelity's business continuity plan.
While overcoming the uncertain times at hand, OptoFidelity is dedicated to the safety and well-being of its customers, partners, and employees.
OptoFidelity closely follows the advice and recommendations of the Government of Finland, as well as The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to secure its operations and to keep all parties safe.
OptoFidelity aims to maintain its business operations with minimal adverse effects on its supply chains and customer deliveries. Globally, at all OptoFidelity offices, employees are advised to adopt remote working habits and work at home whenever it is possible to do so. Any international business travel of OptoFidelity employees, including for service visit, or for installation is not permitted until further notice. However, the shipments and deliveries take place with no interruption.
OptoFideliy's sales and project teams carefully follow up the developments together with their customers and partners and fulfill their commitment to all existing deliveries as a reliable business partner.
With the commitment to the adoption of the remote work culture, the business also moves on to virtual environments. The first of the many, a webinar will take place on the 2nd of April. More information about this online event is available here.
During these hard times, we also continue to support our community. Since the education also continues remotely; OptoFidelity donated laptops to students who now study at home and need tools for their remote learning sessions.
OptoFidelity is appreciated for the trust and confidence of its customers, and partners.
