This test report explores a diffraction grating manufacturing technique by Eulitha and the grating quality validation capabilities by OptoFidelity. The experiments described in the test report involve a grating manufactured with Displacement Talbot Lithography (DTL) and its grating quality measurements with OptoFidelity WG-GAT Littrow Diffractometer.

Specific interest is in applying this grating manufacturing method to augmented reality (AR) waveguide applications. AR waveguides are known to require precise manufacturing and strict process control, for which this collaboration study provides demonstrative and quantified results.
